Been awhile since you hit the gym? Or maybe your bras just aren’t fitting right and have started cutting in and giving you bulges and rolls in all the wrong places on your back. Take heart! There are a few bras that hide back fat on the market that you can use to conceal bulges and smooth out any rolls to keep your back view looking great.

Probably the most popular smoothing bra is the Sassybax bra. These innovative bras were specifically designed to hide back fat and smooth out any rolls or bulges. Although they are a bit on the spendy side they are good quality, well designed bras that will last for a long time. Not only that, but they are comfortable to wear and they will give you a smoother back view so your back looks great in all your clothing. Here are the various styles of Sassybax bras that you can check out to see if there is one that might work for you:

If you don’t see a style of Sassybax that is what you are looking for you should also check out the new “Bra-llelujah!” from Spanx. Spanx is known for creating shapewear that not only is comfortable but makes you look great too, and the Bra-lleluja is no exception. The back of the bras is made with hosiery and the straps don’t have elastic so they won’t cut in and create back fat bulges. Check out the different styles here:

SPANX Bra-llelujah! Minimizer Underwire Bra

SPANX Bra-llelujah! Gentle Lift Demi Underwire Bra

And finally, last but definitely not least, one of the newest and most talked about back fat hiding bras on the market is the Unbelievabra™. It really does wonders not only as far as smoothing out back fat goes, but also with hiding away love handles or “muffin top” since it is long enough to tuck into your jeans.

Be sure to click on the “more images” link on the Unbelievabra™ page for an incredible before and after shot. Also, it’s available in nude and black.

I hope this gives you a good jumping off point for finding bras that hide back fat! Enjoy!

The newest most innovative bra on the market is THE UNBELIEVABRA. This patent pending bra offers an underwire molded cup with a body shaper and back smoother all in one. It simply is the best at supporting the breasts AND smoothing torso from to back!
    Unbelievabra WORKS!

The whole point is to view how well these bras hide back body fat. None of these models have back fat nor are we seeing the back. Go figure.

    Hey Cindy,

I agree that the models here are definitely not dealing with back fat issues.

If you click on any of the Sassybax bras above (not the Spanx ones) and scroll down a little you can see a picture of the back view showing the difference between a regular bra and the Sassybax. From the photo it seems impressive.

My Mom has one of the Sassybax bras and loves it. She says that not only is it comfy to wear, but it does exactly what it was designed to do by keeping the fat from oozing around the strap.

How do you wash your sport bras? I hand wash mine after a few wearings (I let them dry out completely in between workouts), but even using woolite, they don’t seem to really be clean. (based on smell)
